Eln Cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, with a full stove , oven and microwave, large refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities.
The lounge has a TV, DVD Player, CD player and radio.
There is a wood heater to keep warm on the cooler days.
A spacious bathroom with a bath and separate shower, heat lamps, bubble bath and hair dryer.
Eln Cottage has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed, electric blankets, clock radios and bedside lamps .
There is a laundry down stairs with a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board also a clothes line outside.
The water is beautiful southern Tasmanian rain water filtered to 1 micron.
All linen, towels, doonas etc are provided.
There is a barbeque and outdoor setting on the deck.
Complimentary milk, instant coffee, tea bags, plunger coffee, sugar, salt and pepper and basic seasonings for cooking is supplied.

Self Catering
Grocery supplies and take away food can be purchased at the Port Arthur General Store.
There are also two small supermarkets at the township of Nubeena, which is approximately 11 kms from Port Arthur.
On the way to Port Arthur from Hobart Airport at Sorell there is a large Woolworths behind McDonalds.
Automatic Teller Machines are located in the Fox and Hounds Resort and the Port Arthur Historic Site,there is also one at the Sea Change supermarket just before you arrive in Nubeena from the Port Arthur side. |

As Eln Cottage has two bedrooms with a queen bed and a double bed,we are unable to accommodate children under 14 years
We are sorry but we do not allow pets.
As we are reliant on tank water we ask our guests to use water wisely.
Eln Cottage is Non Smoking inside but to make your stay more enjoyable, our guests are welcome to smoke outside.
Cancellation Policy
Should a cancellation be received up to 7 days prior to the date booked the total paid for accommodation will be refunded or transferred to another preferred date,providing there is an availability.
Should a cancellation be received within 7 days of the date booked a cancellation fee of $50.00 will apply.
Should there be a No Show for the designated date booked or notice of cancellation is received after 2 pm on the date booked then the full fee of the first nights accommodation will be charged.
