Locking up the Property
By staying at Eln Cottage you agree to lock all doors on your departure, this includes closing all windows.
Theft and Property Damage
Before you arrive at Eln Cottage the cottage is cleaned and checked for any breakages and damage.
Any breakages or damage should be reported to the management, failure to do this will involve an extra payment by you.
By staying at Eln Cottage you agree that the management has the right to recover the cost of damaged or missing items.
Cancellation Policy
Should a cancellation be received up to 7 days prior to your date booked the total paid for accommodation will be refunded or transferred to another preferred date,providing that there is an availability for that date.
Should a cancellation be received within the 7 days up to your date booked a cancellation fee of $50.00 will be applied.
Should there be a No Show for the date booked or notice of cancellation is received after 2 pm on the date booked then the full fee of the first nights accommodation will be charged.
Checking in
As we do not reside at Eln Cottage we will email to you the details on entering the property once you have booked and if you prefer we will meet you when you check in. For us to do this you will have to telephone us about 10 minutes before your arrival at Eln Cottage.
There is a public phone box just after the Port Arthur General Store and just before the turnoff to the Port Arthur Historic Site on the left side of the road.
Liability
Eln Cottage does not accept any liability for damages,claims or expenses including legal costs from any injury or loss suffered by any person in the traveling party as a result of your use of the property
